Standard Shipping Information
Packages that ship from the Frontier Outfitters Store are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Various Drop Ship packages will ship UPS, Fed Ex or through freight carriers for oversized items such as furniture. Orders typically ship within 2-4 days when in stock. Standard delivery normally takes 5-7 business days. You may request 2nd or 3rd day delivery service for upgrade in charges.

International orders will be calculated and emailed to the customer prior to processing or orders. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Shipping Furniture and Large Item Orders
The stated furniture shipping cost is for common freight carrier shipping. Common freight carrier delivery may require multiple carriers depending on your location and the remoteness of your delivery destination.

Upgrades and expedited furniture orders (blanket wrap, non stop, carried into the home/office) shipping may generate additional costs. You need to contact our sales staff if you require an upgrade to your shipping of furniture. A new Delivery Cost will be quoted to you at this time.
Due to the large size and weight of furniture shipments, most pieces are shipped by a freight company. You will be notified by e-mail before delivery, and the carrier will contact you by phone to set up a window for your delivery appointment.

Deliveries are typically, Monday through Friday. Because home furnishings, rugs, lamps and other large items are heavier and bulkier than most, shipping costs are higher. A delivery costs has been added to these items; this charge is listed following the item description. All delivery costs apply to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states. Certain areas may require an additional charge. Please call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-836-6880 for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, US Possessions and foreign countries.

Refund Policy
From time to time, the product you purchase from our FrontierOutfitters.com online store or catalog may not meet your needs or desires. You are welcome to return or exchange this product within 7 days of your shipment date. There is no refund of shipping charges, no exceptions.

Canceled Orders
A 5% fee may be charged for any canceled order when the order is canceled after 15 days from placing the order. The purpose of this fee is to recover bank charge fees related to the transaction. This fee will not apply to any returned merchandise or merchandise a customer receives in damaged condition.

Returning a Gift
Refunds by mail for gifts purchased on FrontierOutfitters.com will be issued as e-GiftCards within seven to 10 business days of receiving your returned item. Your e-GiftCard refund will be e-mailed or mailed to you. E-GiftCards are accepted exclusively at FrontierOutfitters.com. Your shipment will contain a return slip. Please fill out completely.

To Return an Item
Please Call our Customer Service Department at 866.836.6880 ext 223 or email customers@frontieroutfitters.com to receive your Return Authorization number. Mark this number on the outside of your box in legible ink. *Please see further terms & conditions below. Products returned without this number will not be refunded. Please complete the form provided in the package you received and return it with your merchandise. Follow the instructions. Please send the package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured. Do not send any packages C.O.D., as we will not accept products returned - shipped C.O.D. Shipping costs and insurance both from the original purchase and the return process are not refundable. If your package was originally shipped for free the actual original shipping cost will still be subtracted from your refund.

Non Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items, Food, Soaps, Sheets/Bed Linens -(that have been opened), Fabric. No exceptions.

Refund Policy - Discounts and Promotions
Merchandise on Sale or Discounted or under any Promotion may not be returned for a cash refund. Sale or Discounted (includes free shipping promotions) merchandise may be returned for exchange or In Store Credit only. Promotional offers are valid only during the promotional time advertised. To take advantage of these offers, the coupon code must be used, otherwise the discount will not apply. Customers cannot use more than one coupon code per order.

Refunds
We make every attempt to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. However, the entire process may take up to 2-4 weeks. Please allow at least two weeks from the date you ship your return before inquiring on your return status. There is no refund of shipping charges, no exceptions.
